Standard items

Unused, non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original condition.

Because personalized items are made for you, they are returnable only if damaged, defective or misprinted.

Exchanges are processed as a return plus a new order so your replacement ships as soon as possible.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method. Referral commissions on refunded orders are reversed.
